things to do when you are sad:
1. Write letters to the people who you love. Don’t seal them or send them. Put them in library books instead.
2. Eat raspberries off your fingertips.
3. Venture outside and observe insect life. Realise how insignificant you are.
4. Smile at strangers. It will make you feel better.
5. Write lists.
6. Read several pages of the dictionary. Write down interesting words. Make up sentences.
7. Don’t ever feel compelled to say that you’re sorry when you shouldn’t be.
